What is this stuff?
Marine-grade EVA foam, cut in-house.
The same closed-cell marine-grade foam used for boat decking: soft underfoot, non-slip, and built for sun, saltwater and hard use. Two-layer color, brushed or knurled texture, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive back.

Approve your proof
Custom orders get a proof by email in 5 to 10 business days. Work one on one with our designer until it is exactly right.

What does Decked Out Factory make?
We CNC-cut marine-grade EVA foam, the same material used for boat decking, into custom cooler top pads for Yeti and RTIC coolers, Step Daddy truck step pads for running boards (sold as a set of 2), Turtle Box speaker pads, lunch box pads, tool box pads and dog bowl mats. Everything is made to order in our own family-owned shop in the Midwest, USA.
Do your cooler top pads fit Yeti and RTIC coolers?
Yes. Every cooler top pad we sell is cut to fit the available Yeti and RTIC cooler tops. The pad does not include a cooler. If you own another cooler brand, contact us before ordering and we will check the fit.
How long does a custom order take?
Every pad is made to order. If you chose a custom name or logo, we email you a proof within 5 to 10 business days. Once you approve it we cut and ship. If we do not hear back within 30 days we cut the pad exactly as ordered, so use a working email address at checkout.
Can you put my logo or design on a cooler top or truck step pads, and how much is it?
Yes. A custom logo cooler top is $110 and includes your logo in two colors and a proof by email before we cut. Step Daddy truck step pads are $290 for a set of 2 with a basic logo or design on a 6mm two-color pad. Upload your logo on the product page (PNG, JPG, PDF or a vector file), pick your colors, and we email the proof in 5 to 10 business days. Three-color designs or 10 or more pieces: contact us for a quote.
Where are Decked Out Factory products made?
Every pad is CNC-cut in our own family-owned shop in the Midwest, USA. We do not outsource the cutting. Pick a product, send your logo or name, approve the emailed proof, and we cut it here and ship it straight to you.
I can't find my cooler brand or model on your site. Can you still make a top for it?
Almost always, yes. Our product pages list the Yeti and RTIC sizes we cut most, but we also cut custom tops for Igloo, Engel, Cordova, Lifetime, Yukon, Brumate, Turtlebox, Frosted Frog, Maluna and more. Fill in the custom cooler top quote form with your brand, model or lid measurements and your design, and we reply with a quote, usually within 1 business day. Not sure of the size? Tell us what you know and we send a quick measurement guide.
My running board or truck step model isn't listed. Can you still make step pads for it?
Yes. On the Step Daddy product page choose “Brand Not Listed / Other”, then send us photos of your steps and the measurements: length and width of the flat step surface, plus any curves or cutouts. Our designer draws the pads to your measurements and emails a proof before we cut. Pads over 84 inches are cut in sections because of foam sheet limits, and the final size is confirmed on your proof.
