We cannot wait for you to have your one of a kind, custom foam pad cooler top. *Does not include an actual cooler, it is a 100% high quality custom pad for the cooler top.
If you chose “custom” and included your name, you will get an email in 5 - 10 business days with a PROOF. If you do not reply to this proof within 30 days, we will proceed and cut the product as you ordered, no proof approved.
After we receive your proof approval (1-2 weeks post order), it will take 2-4 weeks to custom make and ship your product. They will ship via UPS or USPS.

"Looks mostly good. It's a little smaller than the textured area on top of the cooler. Not a big deal but it made a "perfect" install harder. The big problem was the wait time. It took over a month to get to me. I emailed in hopes that I would have it by the 20th of August (I ordered July 17th). The response was positive saying they would make sure that I had by the time I needed it. It arrived August 21st🙄."

"Product is very nice, i would have did a change order on the font that i was given but i did not want to push the order back any further as almost 4 weeks seemed long enough. The menu system for selecting the font isnt the best and a little confusing. Overall happy with the product and it arrived packaged nicely."

I reached out to inquire about the possibility of making the deadline and they were quick to respond (not a bot, by the way) and offered me options to secure my delivery in time.
