"Product is very nice, i would have did a change order on the font that i was given but i did not want to push the order back any further as almost 4 weeks seemed long enough. The menu system for selecting the font isnt the best and a little confusing. Overall happy with the product and it arrived packaged nicely."

I’m most blown away, however, by their responsive customer support team. We placed an order without a delivery date in mind, but that quickly changed when an unscheduled event was added to our promotional schedule. I reached out to inquire about the possibility of making the deadline and they were quick to respond (not a bot, by the way) and offered me options to secure my delivery in time.
