I had such high expectations

"I had such high expectations for this product. The time fram was a bit long to get the product. Especially after all of the back and forth communication. I own multiple companies, including accessorizing companies like yours. When my customer send me exact measurements, I get with my team to ensure that these measurements fit the products specifications to meet the customers requirements. Unfortunately, after all of the measurements and communications that I had sent to you per your request, I received my product, and it still does not fit. I have already sent an email stating this, including multiple pictures and never heard back. You should definitely not be sitting out something like this asking for a review after not responding to an unhappy customer."
