"We are very proud of our branding and apply it wherever possible, which led to us selecting Decked Out Factory to upgrade our Yeti coolers. Their cooler pads gave us the ultimate customization, applying our identity in a durable and attractive way. These products actually look like they belong on the cooler! I’m most blown away, however, by their responsive customer support team. We placed an order without a delivery date in mind, but that quickly changed when an unscheduled event was added to our promotional schedule. I reached out to inquire about the possibility of making the deadline and they were quick to respond (not a bot, by the way) and offered me options to secure my delivery in time. They even upgraded my shipping at no cost! This is the best (and most convenient) service I’ve ever had from an online retailer!"
