We had to wait several weeks and even called the company to inquire about the status of our order before the proof was finally sent. Once the proof was approved, the production and shipping process was quick, and the final product turned out really well. I believe the company could improve the timeline provided for proofs and orders, especially when customers have paid a substantial amount (over $500. 00) for their products."
