"Looks mostly good. It's a little smaller than the textured area on top of the cooler. Not a big deal but it made a "perfect" install harder. The big problem was the wait time. It took over a month to get to me. I emailed in hopes that I would have it by the 20th of August (I ordered July 17th). The response was positive saying they would make sure that I had by the time I needed it. It arrived August 21st🙄."
"I wish there were more pictures of all the colors. I took a chance and ordered the neon green in hopes it would match my boat. IT IS PERFECT! So much better than I expected! It was worth the wait for the customer order with my name on it. I will be ordering more for my other coolers!"

The menu system for selecting the font isnt the best and a little confusing. Overall happy with the product and it arrived packaged nicely."

I’m most blown away, however, by their responsive customer support team. We placed an order without a delivery date in mind, but that quickly changed when an unscheduled event was added to our promotional schedule. I reached out to inquire about the possibility of making the deadline and they were quick to respond (not a bot, by the way) and offered me options to secure my delivery in time. They even upgraded my shipping at no cost! This is the best (and most convenient) service I’ve ever had from an online retailer!"
